{"id":11583,"date":"2025-11-25T12:49:28","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T10:49:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transprime.es\/?p=11583"},"modified":"2025-11-27T11:36:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T09:36:19","slug":"digitalisation-and-efficiency-at-loading-docks-advancing-ethical-and-collaborative-logistics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.transprime.es\/en\/digitalisation-and-efficiency-at-loading-docks-advancing-ethical-and-collaborative-logistics\/","title":{"rendered":"Digitalisation and Efficiency at Loading Docks: Advancing Ethical and Collaborative Logistics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>30 September 2025 \u2013 Madrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spanish Shippers\u2019 Council (SSC) &#8211; Transprime actively collaborated in the preparation of the study\u00a0<strong>\u201cDock Management in Spain Three Years After RDL 3\/2022\u201d<\/strong>, presented in Madrid by\u00a0<strong>FIELDEAS<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>Spanish Logistics Centre (CEL)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The report, developed with the participation of the\u00a0<strong>European Shippers\u2019 Council (ESC)<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>Global Shippers\u2019 Alliance (GSA)<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>International Road Transport Union (IRU)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>ASTIC (Spanish International Road Transport Association)<\/strong>, analyses how loading and unloading operations have evolved in Spain since the approval of the Royal Decree-Law 3\/2022. It focuses on\u00a0<strong>digitalisation, collaboration and efficiency<\/strong>\u00a0as the main levers for improving logistics performance and competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>At SSC, we fully share this vision, which aligns with the principles we promote through the\u00a0<strong>Responsible Shipper Certificate (CCR)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 a project that drives\u00a0<strong>ethical, transparent and continuously improving logistics<\/strong>, aimed at building\u00a0<strong>a more sustainable and resilient supply chain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the session, our\u00a0<strong>Secretary General, Jordi Esp\u00edn<\/strong>, emphasised the need to transform \u201cwaiting times\u201d into \u201cloading and unloading times\u201d as a\u00a0<strong>new logistics management metric<\/strong>\u00a0that reflects real operational efficiency.<br \/>\nIn addition,\u00a0<strong>Alfons Esteve<\/strong>, SSC\u2019s legal advisor, analysed the impact of\u00a0<strong>RDL 3\/2022<\/strong>\u00a0on responsibility allocation and process optimisation, offering a valuable legal perspective for logistics stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The event also featured interventions from leading professionals across the logistics and transport ecosystem, including\u00a0<strong>Ramon Garc\u00eda (CEL)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Lola Hurtado (FIELDEAS)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>M\u00f2nica Viloria (Ercros)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Alberto Blanco (Carreras Grupo Log\u00edstico)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Fco.
